The consistency of the mouthpiece series and the precise and distinct grading within the series allow the musician to achieve any desired style. No other range of mouthpieces offers the same precision and workmanship A musician's personal requirements regarding sound can only be fulfilled with the aid of the highest possible technical precision. Therefore we use computerised CNC lathes in the manufacture of our JK mouthpieces. Due to highly accurate setting, this method offers the precision necessary for series production with tolerances in the my range (thousandth of a mm). Furthermore, the flexibility of a CNC lathe combined with the computer also enables production of individual mouthpieces of maximum accuracy taking into account all requirements and special details regarding embouchure, shape, bore etc.
